Purchase procedure

5. Your purchase is registered and will begin on the next business day. We will contact you when the goods are ready or in case of problems.
Goods can be picked up:
1. Items can be picked up at OUR STORES Jurgiškių g. 2 Alytus and Naujoji st. 7E, Alytus. In that case, delivery of the goods will be free of charge. You can also inform us about order pickup in the order notes. It is desirable that you receive the goods within 5 working days.
2. At Omniva Post Office. This delivery method requires you to specify the post office where you wish to pick up the goods. Please include the post office address and other required information in the order notes.
4. COURIER SERVICE. The goods you have purchased will be delivered by our trusted partner, Omniva. Delivery is also possible to the workplace. In order to avoid any malfunction, we should inform you in advance of the workplace address and name.
The cost of delivery may vary depending on the weight or dimensions of the goods. We will notify you by email. by mail or call.
Transfer of goods to the Buyer:
The Buyer shall accept the Parcel delivered by the Courier within a time that avoids unreasonable delay of the vehicles. When delivering parcels to the Buyer, the person accepting the parcel must clearly enter his / her name, surname, delivery date, time and sign on the delivery confirmation (the courier enters the consignee in the electronic delivery confirmation). The consignment shall be deemed to have been delivered (delivered) after the consignee or his representative has accepted the consignment and signed it on the delivery confirmation. The buyer must inspect the packages of the consignment at the time of acceptance. The purchaser must inform the courier in the event of any damage to the packaging.
Buratine's Shelter assumes no liability for damage to the lot or part thereof if the consignment was not recorded at the time of receipt of the shipment or, in the presence of the courier who delivered the parcel, the act of tampering with the packaging or the failure to make a report on it.
